There was another forum administered by the gentleman that invented unity. Where can I get in depth setup information for setting up voicemail from scratch.<br><br>

the install guide on CD #1 of the unity software set has in depth installation information for NT 4.0 systems and the README.HTM file has information on how to install on Win2K systems.

You can get to these documents on line if you don't have a set of CDs handy... head to the ECSBU home page:

you'll see the documents you're interested in in the lower left under the "User Manuals" heading.
