When I accidentally deleted my Unity Admin Account Instead of the Example Administrator Account, I followed this procedure. You can also try this.
In Exchange Administrator find the "example administrator" user and associate his acct with the NT administrator account (or the acct that installed Unity). Log off the system and log back in as the NT account and you should be able to access the SA Admin utility. Go back into Exchange Admin and recreate the Admin account and import into Unity. Make sure you change the class of service on the new admin account from "default subscriber" to "default administrator" Go back into Exchange Admin and reassociate your NT Admin acct from the Example Administrator back to the New Admin acct and you should be good to go.
