I have an issue with Personal Assistance and Unity Integration. I dial the PA number and ask for VoiceMail, the system asks me to enter the pin number, after entering the PIN number (The one configured in CallManager)it waits for 10-15 seconds and says "Unable to access your Mailbox and transfers me to the Unity pilot number. Is there any thing that I did wrong? Could you please help?
The answer for all questions is YES. When I use Test Attributs button in the Messaging Configuration page form PA, I can clearly access the Corporate Directory Query and the Message Store Query resualts for any users, but I still can't access the Mailbox through PA. Is there anything else that I have to check?
