unknown caller

Hi,

I have a 7960 IP Phone and also using IP Communicator. I have associated the 7960 with a particular user in the directory and call manager.

When I call from the 7960 to the pc running IP communicator, the alert message shows UNKNOWN and the correct extension.

What do I need to configure to show the correct username when I dial out from the 7960?

If someone can point me to some documentation or have the solution in mind, I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

Go to DN of your IP-Phone and put the Name you want under "Display Internal Caller ID".

Where would I find this option on the 7960? Thanks for your time.
