I just rebuilt a Unity 3.1(3) server, Tsp 6.01 and CM 3.2. The last time I built a Unity Server we updated the prompts. We have not updated the prompts this time is that going to cause some problems or should I just update the prompts now before going live? What are the symptoms?

I'm not sure what you mean by "we have not updated the prompts". If you ran an upgrade, all your prompts got replaced in the process. folks that customize their prompts (which is not TAC support) find this out quickly - all their customized prompts are wiped out.
You shouldn't have to worry about anything, the upgrade takes care of this for you.

Are you maybe talking about changing from g.711 to g.729 prompts?
If the majority of your calls into Unity use g.729 you might want to install the g.729 prompt set. If not, stick with the default g.711 prompts. Software transcoding can be resource intensive so it's best to avoid it.
