upgrade Call Manager from 3.2(2a) to 3.2(2c)

Hi

We have due to some function requirements the need for this upgrade,

but there is no documentation, so i want only to know if we could upgrade

from 3.2(2a) to 3.2(2c) with this file : ciscocm-fmu.3-2-2c.exe

please help

Hi,

is better if you upgrade the S.O. with the new RoadMap of the 01/11/02 before upgrade the Call Manager. After you can run the file ciscocm-fmu.3-2-2c.exe.

Afer you can run the Support Patch for the ccm-3-2-2c
