Hi,

Please check the following link

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/10x/upgrade/guide/10xcucrugx/10xcucrug022.html

Remember that BE7000 ships with a preinstalled virtualization hypervisor and preloaded software applications that are ready to deploy.

A normal procedure will

A normal procedure will require a minimum of following steps:

Upgrade to 8.x on MCS

Take  a DRS backup

Build same 8.x version on UCS ( because 10.x is only supported on UCS )

restore from the backup taken earlier

Upgrade to 10.X

The above steps combined with licensing considerations and multiple hops make it a tiresome process.

You can use the Prime Collaboration deployment tool instead which makes it much easier, you can search for PCD related documentation on cisco.com.
