Upgrade failed

Our environment: W2K, AD and Exchange 2K Unity in its own box.<br>We were running 3.1.(0)68 and all the services were up and running. We decided to upgrade it to 3.1.(2)25. (We had many errors and sometimes when a subscriber presses the message button on the IP Phone, they get an error message saying the password is expired or invalid and to Unity requires them to setup a new password to listen to messages. We were told that, it will be solved by upgrading to 3.1.(2)25 )<br>We performed the upgrade as instructed. <br>1. SQL FIX Q315395<br>2. backup Unity data with DiRT<br>3. upgrade Unity.<br>That is it!! Our Unity is down!! AvCsMgr never started!! Checked all the event viewer for other errors and found nothing. Check the services and all are up except AvCsMgr. Any idea what?fs wrong here? <br>Thanks in advance.<br><br>Trouble with Unity.<br><br><br>

If AvCsMgr is failing to startup there is an error/warning in the event log, honest... check closely in the application event log and look at the startup sequence where all the Unity components are starting, there will be a series of creates, then inits then runs. Somewhere along there one of the components trips up and the process is reversed.
