Hi,
I am currently running version 2000-2-3 on all servers in my CCM cluster.
Can anyone tell me if it is possibile to upgrade from 2000-2-3 straight to 2000-2-5? Or do I have to install 2000-2-4 before going to the latest version?
I have checked through the release notes and it does not say that you can not do this but equally the notes to do say that you can.
Regards
Mark

I would never jump two steps I would go to 2000.2.4 then 2000.2.5 or even better check with TAC the DE's test that kind of stuff all the time.

Thanks for your input. Based on your response I contacted TAC and here is their response to my request (in case there are others out there doing the same upgrade):
My name is J. K. and I am with Cisco Systems, Inc the Engineer that is assigned to your case E495431 that you have opened with the TAC .
To answer your question Upgrade to OS 2000.2.5 from OS 2000.2.3 is SUPPORTED.
