Anyone seen it seem to just sit there at the "Please wait while Setup upgrades your configuration..." screen? Minimal disk activity present. Have all the required patches in place before starting setup.

Installed, but disabled, services stopped and disabled. McAfee 4.05 SP1

Ok, looks like we found the source of the problem. This box was connected to an external Ex2K box, whose name has changed. The old server name was present in HKLM\Software\ActiveVoice\Directory Connectors\DirsynchAD\1.00\Directory and HKLM\Software\ActiveVoice\DirectoryConnectors\DirsynchAD\1.00\Domains
TAC has suggested removing Unity Configuration from Add/Remove programs, running upgrade, and re-running Configuration. We will look at this during the next maintenance window.

for those out there that do have is come up, it did turn out to be virus scanning holdining up the install...
