Upgrade from Voicemail Only to Unified Messaging

What is the procedure for moving from a VM only deployment to a full UM deployment? Unity 2.4.6.102 integration with Call Manager.<br><br>I had thought that I had previously seen a post on the forum, but can't locate it now.<br><br>Thanks for the help.<br><br>
