Upgrade KEY for 3.12

I am planning to upgrade a client to 3.12. Will I need to also upgrade the: 1.) Key dongle? 2.) The TSP? 3.) What service packs are required for Exchange 2000 and SQL ?<br><br>

If they have 2.X they will need a key change. If they have 3.X they will not. You need to look at the TSP release notes for the CM/TSP/Unity versions. You get those here:
