upgrade problem-3.1(4b) to 3.3(3)

i run 3.1(4b) now ,

I want to upgrade to 3.3

3.1(4b) upgrade to 3.2 success,

but i can't upgrade to 3.3 neither from 3.1(4b) nor from 3.2

here's :

The upgrade detects cisco callmanager 3.1(4b) is on the server. You cannot upgrade from this version of cisco callmanager, upgrade to a compatible cisco callmanager version before you upgrade to this version. The installation will now abort.

any idea ?

Re: upgrade problem-3.1(4b) to 3.3(3)

Supported version from which you can upgrade are :

3.1(4a), 3.1(4b), 3.2(2a), 3.2(2c).

Note : Upgrade from 3.2(3) is not supported due to defect.

For more info check compatibility matrix :

If you are running 3.1.4b then you need to:

1. Run the Cisco CallManager Health Check

2. Back up your server with Cisco IP Telephony Applications Server Backup Utility, Version 3.5.18 or Later

3. Install the Operating System By Using Same Server Recovery

4. Install Cisco CallManager

4a. The Installation procedure will restore the data you previously backed up

5. Reboot server :-)
