Upgrade to 2.4.6.135

I just finished upgrading our client's Unity server to 2.4.6.135. Installed TSP 3.0.2. Upon reboot the AvCsMgr service is not coming up and the Unity Status monitor shows Unity stopping and seems to be stuck there. <br><br>Can anybody please help me find out what the problem is?<br><br>Thanks<br><br>Singh<br><br>

the place to start is the application event log... you'll see a series of modules that Unity creates, then initalizes and then runs. Somewhere along the line one of these will fail and at least one error/warning message will be around this. Noting which module is failing to come up will be helpful in figuring out what's wrong.

The first error in Application log is that error opening AvCsGateway service:424. Subsequent errors are AvCsMgr:Component RepDir initialize failed and Manager service (AvCsMgr) failed to initialize component manager.

Any ideas?
