Upgrading CCM 3.3(2)spC failed to access IP Phone Service

I have done upgrading CCM 3.3(2c) and everything working fine.

But if I try to access the IP Phone Service, there is have following syntax error :

Please help me to solve this problem.

What URL is set in the services entry of setting? I'm guessing it is not correct, since it is returning a full HTML page to the phone instead of the XML page that you should be seeing.

My Service URL is :

http://192.168.1.9/CCMCIP/getservicesmenu.asp

I look at the Cisco's web directory (CiscoWebs), and the file is in there.

If I access service from IP Phone, I got the service list. But if I choose one service, I got an error.

I try to access file 7960.asp from directory samples in CiscoWebs (given by Cisco) from IP Phone, it's working but the picture is missing. So I am very confusing.
