Upgrading CME 3.3 to 3.4

For those who have upgraded to CME 3.4, can you give any advice/feedback on the upgrade?

I looked into it - but couldn't see any new features that would be particularly useful so didn't bother...

Looks like 3.4 just adds lots of SIP handset functionality - SCCP is fine for now...

I upgraded and instantly found that ISDN BRI outgoing calls stopped working completely, needless to say I downgraded quicksmart... didn't even get a chance to try the SIP stuff, and certainly wont until 12-4(4)T2 or a later version that actually works comes out ;)
