Upgrading from 3.1(2c) to 3.2(2c)

Hi,

I am planning to upgrade my 3.1(2c) SP B callmanager to 3.2(2c) SP H. Does anyone know of any issues with this? Someone told me I might want to consider upgrading to 3.1(4b) first, then 3.2(2c).

Any suggestions or recommendations is appreciated.

the update matrix says it's ok to upgrade from 312c to 322c
