Upgrading IOS

We Are running IOS 12.3(8)T5 on our 2651XM voice enabled routers and want to upgrade to 12.3(11)T9. Does anyone forsee a problem? Has anyone experienced any issues regarding voice traffic? Is this a pretty stable IOS version? Thanks
