I have a new license key that I need to install to upgrade my Unity system to a 12 session/ 200 user version. Does this require a new install, or can the new key simply be added to the existing install?<br><br>
If you're just bumping up your ports/user limits you don't need to do a Unity upgrade. Use the License Upgrade utility in the Unity program group to update the key. If you're using CM you need to configure your TSP/CM to see the new ports, if you're using Dialogic you need to install the additional voice cards into the system and use the DCM utility to make sure the driver is happy with them. Restart Unity and you should be in busienss
