I recently upgraded my call managers from 3.1(3a) to 3.1(4b).
3.1(4b) installed a new Phone load "P00303010405" and when the phones upgrade to the new firmare the upgrade processes is taking about 15min per phone. Is this normal?? I have upgraded the firmware before and it usualy takes about 5 min at the most.
yes, prior to installation of 3.1.4b, I was using the 3.1.4a with IP phone load 4.08..and yes, it took about 15-20mins for the reload-cum-software upgrade from 4.05.
Do note that 3.1.4b uses version 4.05 and not the latest phone load.
