Yes you can, here is an tid from ciscos web:

Transcoding and Conferencing with a DSP Farm

When you use the digital signal processors (DSPs) on the Cisco VG200 for conferencing and transcoding, the collection of DSPs is referred to as a DSP farm. To use this version of the Cisco VG200 with a DSP farm, you must dedicate all the DSPs to this function.

The Cisco VG200 can provide dedicated transcoding and conferencing resources when equipped with the NM-HDV-FARM module.

This module is equipped with two DSP SIMMs and is capable of accepting an additional three DSP SIMMs; each SIMM contains three DSPs. Each DSP supports a maximum of four transcoding sessions. However, the maximum number is three when transcoding Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) codecs.

Each DSP not allocated for transcoding can be used to support a single conference call. One conference call can include a maximum of six parties. In addition, one DSP must be reserved for transcoding for every three concurrent participants using GSM codecs. Even if you do not intend to use the DSP Farm service for transcoding, you should allocate

The maximum number of transcoding sessions supported by a five-SIMM configuration is 60 transcoding sessions. The maximum number of conference calls supported by a five-SIMM configuration is 15 conference calls. The following table shows the possible configurations for a single SIMM installation.
