Urgent: Voice GAteway keeps unregistering from CCM

Hi All,

The voice gateway (2821/MGCP) keeps unregistering from the CCM 4.1.3sr1.

I get all these errors in the event logs :

DeviceUnregistered Reason code 8 and sometime 9.

I have checked the replication, it looks fine. The switch port looks clean.

I Am planning to restart the gateway and the whole cluster tonight, but is there any other underlaying problem that might be causing this. Also I am getting "temp failed" on the IP Phones, which is obviously because of this gateway unregistering.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Do this GW is newly configured.hos is this connected i mean , how many CCM in a group.

Just try to run continues ping to GW.
