Jeff, Got a client looking for some form of usage report. They are looking for any information on how many people are using unity (not just number enrolled) and how much the system is being used (calls a day etc ). I will be running the first time enroll htm you have written but is there anything else we can run to give the client a better idea on system usage. Client has 5 sites and approx 1800 users, too many for subscriber usage reports. Any ideas?????<br><br><br>
I'm thinking the Port Usage report built into the system is probably what you're looking for. It's intended to be able to help sites see the level of call traffic broken down per hour on their systems. You'll be able to see calls per hour, percentage of port availability etc...
