User Based CDR Reports

Hello,

While using CCM 3.2(2c), when I generate User reports by going to department bills, then for some users I get the reports that are fine, but for some other users the reports that are coming are not correct. For example for some users there are no calls shown, wile they actually made many calls from their own phones. Interestingly if I go and get the report for that extension i.e. using CDR search option then I get details of all the calls made using that phone. I have confirmed that even those IP Phones have been associated correctly to the right users, but somehow when I take "user" report the reports are not correct. Can someone suggest what could be wrong and what could be the solution.

I think you are running into the bug CSCdw01705.

Currently Call Manager does not log the user id but the originating device name in CDR record, so the information will not be in the CDR about which user logged in and made a call using extension mobility.
