When I start the web attendant client, I can login to TCD but I don't have the directory user displayed
I follow the documentation to share the User directory on the call manager server with correct access but no way.
I haven't errors message on the client !!!
Any idea ?

Try changing the Hostname of the CM to its IP address if you have the IP address change it to the hostname.
Also if you have a setting on the TCD database field, remove it and leave it blank.
You can also copy the database files to the Web attendant users pc and specify the Path on the TCD database field.
If you do this the Database will not be updated automatically.

we had a similar issue and it was due to windows networking type issues- in the end we had to create a user in the windows 2000 user manager and ensure that they could actaully log on to the call manager copy files etc and that allowed the user dbase to be seen by a web client.
