In Call Manager Administration, when in Device Profile, I click Add a New User Device Profile and the web page goes blank ( http://cmserver1/CCMadmin/deviceprofileuser.asp) It does not say "web page not found. The page is blank. The .asp file is present in the right virtual directory. I restarted IIS services couple of times but to no avail. How do I fix this? Is this because Extended services is not installed on the Call Manager. I am planning to enable Extension Mobility for some users. The Extension Mobility Logout service is running on the server. Does that mean that Extension Mobility in installed on the call Manager? Please let me know. Thanks a ton.
