User doesn't want caller to be able to leave vm

Hi. I've gotten a request from a user he would like to have a greeting, "thank you for calling xxxx. Please call 555-5555 for further assistance". Then hang up without the option to leave a vm. I know it's possible in Unity. I just don't know the variable. Thanks to all in advance.

Sure, in the SaWeb page, (system admin page) go to that user, select greetings and then on the After Greeting field select to hang up.

Hi thisisthanky. I agree with you, but it didn't come up when I replied the first time. I just added his props. Looks like it went to everybody though. Maybe I'm not doing it right.
