I am in the process of migrating users from one CM cluster (CM3.3) to another and I would like to be able to take all their "Fast Dial" and "Address Book" entries. Can someone tell me where this information is stored and is it possible to export/import this data.
It's stored in the Call Manager LDAP Directory Store. Assuming you are moving to a fresh install, and not doing a backup-restore based move, you would need to export all the user information. I would think this would be pretty hairy.
