User hears no ring ton

I have an 800 number that when dialed the caller hears no ring tone. The telco is sending me 3 digits and I have a trans pattern to internal DID.

What type of GW do you have?

What type of port does the call come in on, PRI, FXO, etc?

Are you using CCM or CME?

Are you using H.323 or MGCP?
