user logon

When trying to log onto "/saweb/FrameASP/AAStartFrame.asp"<br>for a user to configure their phone options we are unable to logon. I changed the setting in active directory users on one user so that they didn't have to change password when they logon and was able to get right into the page. can you tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?<br><br>

Re: user logon

You're going to have to get more specific about what error you're getting when you try to load the AA page... I can't speculate about what you're experiencing without some more details such as the exact error message and the version you're running.

You should be using the URL of "http:\\\saweb\aadefault.htm". Don't try tucking the ASP string in there, it'll cause problems.
