User name and number in message subject

When a voicemail is received, the "Subject" appearing in email shows the

employee's name. Is there a way to get the employee's phone extension

to appear as well ? This would save the time of looking it up.

No there is no way of doing this.

We are adding a new feature into the Unity 4.0(3) release where the subscriber has a setting which always voices the sender extension ( even if there is a recorded name) when hearing a message over the TUI.

This might not be of interest to you as you are probably looking at UM. If this is really improtant for you, please notify your Cisco representative and they can create a PERS request for this.
