User replied NO to signed Cisco Media Control

Hi -

One of my customers replied NO to the signed Cisco Media Control instead of YES. Will an uninstall/reinstall of the VMO client correct this? Or is there another way to get the form to prompt again? This is following a 4.0(3) upgrade, but the customer client was probably running a 3.1 VMO client.

Thanks in advance, Ginger

no need to uninstall - you can just remove the control and it'll force it to load again and they can take another shot at it.

Under WinNT\DonloadedProgramFiles\ delete the "AvMediaMasterCtrlClass" file - this will force the control to load again and they can select "yes" this time.
