Were using Intellica's Voice Genie for VXML (not CRS for political reasons).
Voice Genie populates a database with the caller's input, and if the call needs to go to an agent for help, Voice Genie transfers to CRS to do the normal CSQ stuff. This is done over a PRI connection from Voice Genie to an MGCP, H323 Gateway (Router). We need to get hold of the info in the database that Voice Genie put there, and have it pop in the Agent Desktop.
In order for us to do so, Voice Genie transfers the call to CRS, writes a Unique ID in the database and passes this same UniqueID it to us in the UUI (q931). We did a debug on the router, and we can see the UUI being passed across the E1 PRI link.
WE NEED TO SAVE THIS UUI INTO A VARIABLE IN CRS.
I know that CRS doesn't support UUI, but we have to make it work - somehow.
Any pointers would be welcome, no matter how wild (CDR Record reads, JAVA methods, own JAVA code, anything...)
