After integrating CallManager with Active Directory, the Personal Address Book and Fast Dials services no longer work. When I try to access them from the phone, I get the message "Error: -7ffbffff: User (mbell) was unable to be validated. I saw another post on the forum that dealt with a similar error message but it did not appear that user had Active Directory and the hex error code was different. The CallManager is a member of the workgroup "WORKGROUP" and I have wondered if that has something to do with the problem. Does anybody have any ideas?
