Users are not seen by Unity

I have got a case that there are some users who do have a mail account in Exchange. They can be located and viewed in Exchange Admin. However in Unity SA I can not import the mailbox. The mailboxes are all under Recepient folder. The rich text format is 1. There is nothing special about the mailbox. Unity SA is not seeing that mailbox. Might want to see if those subscribers somehow have Unity properties from a previous install...
