users cant retrieve voice mails

when users press the message button to retrieve voice mails unity responds that is not available to make the call.<br><br>this happens to every user.<br><br>

"not available to take the call"? Are you sure that's what it says? Could it be "I'm sorry, I can't talk to you now"? by any chance? If so, that's the failsafe conversation that will kick in if something pulls the rug out from under us (typically access to a user's mailstore is flailing or so something of the kind).

When this happens one or more error/warning messages is always logged in the application event log. Can you look in there and see if there's anything of interest when you do this?

What happens if you call into Unity directly from a phone that's not a subscriber? Same message or does this only happen on login?
