Users experiencing dead air on inbound/outbound calls
Have 11 T1s coming into our site connected into two WS-6608 blades. Have had no issues with these for the last couple of years. Over the last couple of days, users are now experiencing intermittent dead air when making inbound/outbound calls. Used Dick Tracy to trouble shoot the issue and saw a large amount of slips on 1 T1. Have removed that from our route group to see if that was the issue. Has anyone experienced this type of issue and if so what was the solution. looking to perform a reset on all ports on the 6608 blade to see if that resolves the issue. Any other tools to monitor these T1s besides Dick Tracy
