Users getting Default message

I have an 8 port system. When a user calls the Vmail no (8700) he/she gets the normal welcome message which recognises them as a registered user. However if the 1st port is busy then it goes to the 2nd port. This does not recognise them and gives them the default welcome message.<br><br>

This is most likely CSCae08089, fixed in TSP What version of Unity and TSP are you running?

What integration are you using? Check the call in the CAll Viewer. Is it not having the right caller ID information?
Sounds like an issue with the switch settings. You are probably missing information when the call gets moved from one port to the other.
