Hi,
Anyone had the problem that some users CDRs appear in CAR reports and some users not? All user have almost identical config, no extension mobility.
When I run CDR search I can see the CDRs for every user.
I'm running CCM 3.3(3)sr2, CAR 3.3(0.2)

This problem will occur if a phone is associated to multiple users. Please make sure that each phone is assoicated with only one user.

No, there's only one-to-one match in the whole config.

Hi,
The same problem occurs at our ccm 3.3.2 system.
When we go to User Reports/Bills/Department some user occur in the reports, other users are displayed but there are no calls registered.
When we go to Traffic summary (ext), then we retrieve data for this user.
Did anyone already open a TAC case for this?
