Some of my users are not showing up in the directory, even though "List in directory" is selected. I can see nothing different about those users that show up and those that do not.

Suggestions?

Troy D. For users to show up in the alpha directory (i.e. where outside callers can spell their name and find them) they need to have the list in directory flag check AND a voice name recorded. If theres no voice name there, we dont show them. Im willing to bet the folks not showing up have not recorded a voice name yet.
When addressing to these folks as another subscriber, well play their extension number instead of the voice name if its missing. However outside callers spelling a name and then hearing extension 1189 as a confirmation would be pretty confused over who they were getting. The assumption for subscriber addressing is I might know who 1189 is so we let it go.
I checked and the users are both set to "List in Phone Directory" and they also have their voice name recorded. I can click on the PLAY button on their main profile page and I hear their voice say their name.

Hmmm.... that's odd. I don't suppose these folks are associated with a different location object by any chance? I'd have to call in and poke around to be of more help... it's difficult to trouble shoot issues in this type of medium.
