We have an IPT system running CM 3.22c. I have noticed that some users do not appear in the Corporate Directory no matter how you search for them (first, last, or extension). I have also noticed that when you change the display name for a phone that the new name does not appear in the directory. Any ideas?

Yes, the corperate directory app on the phone reads the data from the DC Directory. There is no coleration between the DC Directory and the Display Name on the phone. Easiest way to update the corperate directory is to create/modify the users via the ccmadmin admin pages.

The entries in the corporate directory are in the default installation the entries of the user (first. last, extension).
So when you are changing a display name, then there are no effects in the corporate directory.
