users unable to retrieve voice mail

when users press the messages key on their ip phones,<br>unity does not request their password, instead the opening<br>greeting comes out.<br><br>if you dial one of the unity ports from your ip phone<br>unity responds asking for the user password<br><br>there has been no changes in the unity server,<br>why is this happening<br><br>unity 2.4.6.135<br>tsp 1.0.0.36<br>callmanager 3.0.11<br>exchange 5.5<br><br>

Did this ever work? There really isn't any difference between pushing the messages button and dialing the phone as long as the numbers are the same...

Can you get a CCM trace and post it?
