Using Aironet Power Injectors for IP Phones

I have heard that people are using the Aironet Power injectors for IP phones. I like the idea because not all of my customers have a need for a switch that has power on all ports and don't want to use a cube.

What is the part they are using?

I have been using the AIR-PWRINJ (from an AP350) and it works great.

Re: Using Aironet Power Injectors for IP Phones

make sure you use only the power injectors for the ap350 not the 1200.

Also this not a supported solution by Cisco.

Our company uses it but if you have a problem w. the phone you will have to use a power cube to troubleshoot it w. TAC
