using Attendant Console with Hunt Pilot/Line Group.

We want to use the Broadcast Hunting(BH) and the feature Call Park(CP) with Attendant Console

When we use the Attendant Console(AC) with normal Pilot Point/Hunt Group

=> Everything works fine, that is, BH and CP. The only problem is the physical phones do not ring when we use BH, we only get a notification in the BH window in the Attendant Console application. But we want the physical phones also to ring not just notification on the window.

So we now opted to use the Line Group/Hunt Pilot with Attendant Console

=> Here, we are able to get the phones ring with a broadcast. But when the call is parked, it doesn't shows up in the ACs CP window.

And the interesting thing that we found out was, when we retrieve this parked call from AC itself and then again parks the same call, the call now shows up in CP window.

So we want is either to make the phones ring in the first scenario or get the CP work in the first attempt in the second case.

Is that possible ....Thanks in advance

That is WAD, since TCD doesnt have control of the call, call park feature update will not work.

You will sth like:

DEBUG ACClientJTAPIProviderObs.processCallParkEvent(): is not Operator event -> Ignore event


Will check if CCM 5.0 adds that functionality for ringing instead of just the visual notification.
