Verify Message Receipt

I there a way a subscriber can check if another subscriber has listened to his/her voicemail? ie intra-subscriber voicemail.<br><br>

Over the telephone, you can set a return receipt in the 'delivery options' portion of the send message conversation.

If you send the message from Outlook you can request delivery receipt that way as well.

Keep in mind that some sites have used a registry setting to disable receipts from showing up in voicemail -- you can change this parameter with AnswerMonkey's registry utility.

The User guide covers this option... you'll find it in PDF format under the \documents directory on CD #1 of your Unity CD set.

You can get in-conversation assistance by pressing zero from any subscriber menu, in addition to the User Guide.
