Veritas backup fails

I'm backing up a Unity 3.13 system using Veritas 8.6.

Job fails with the following msg:

Looks like you are having some permission issues. The backup exec is not able to open any SQL database and is also not able to back any exchange mailbox.

Did you follow the document for setting this up in Unity ?

You might want to check the user Id that the backup is running under. This Id might not have all the required permissions.
