VG 248 using t.38 and modems

Hi,

Im tring to understand if vg248 supports t.38 for fax. The only document that describes vg248 mentions only cisco fax-relay, but from some discussions I see people talk of t.38. So does it support t.38?

And another question - if I have a vg248 and connect an analog phone to it and then I choose to use a modem or fax- do i need to reconfigure the port or it will work without the need to reconfigure it every time I change the connected equipment?

and if I have non cisco gateway? nse force doesn`t look wery promising.
