I have a VG224 communicating with a CUCM 9.1 cluster through a SIP trunk. Fax machines are attached to the VG224. Faxes come in with no problem and most faxes can go out without a problem. But my provider won't allow any calls to toll-free numbers unless caller-ID is shown and I cannot seem to get caller-ID to be attached to outgoing calls from the VG. We mask outgoing phone calls with a transformation pattern that matches our DID range, but it doesn't seem that the VG is sending outbound caller-ID to CUCM. Any ideas?
