VG200 bugs

We are running 12.2(16) IOS on the gateway and are having to reload the box every few days due to fast-busy reply on the phones when trying to call out the PRI. Incomming calls get the "all circuts busy" message. Is this a known bug and is there a fix?

12.2(16) is still pretty new. If it was a known bug, it would be listed in the caveats section of the release notes for 12.2(16).

I would suggest opening a TAC case to get to the bottom of it.

If you are running 12.2(16) then you are doing H.323. And this would point to an issue on the gateway. There is a known issue but it is only seen when the gateway is doing MGCP and is controlled by call manager:
