Vg200 FXS port lockup

I have a customer who is using a VG200 with CCM accesses via MGCP.

The ports are used heavily by incoming and outgoing fax machines

Every so often, the ports on the VG200 lock up, does anyone have any suggestions

What version of IOS are you running? Is it set up for SRST?

I'm having the same problem except on a 4224, although right now they have been locked up for almost a week.

I'm running 12.1.5YE4. It also happened when I was running YE.

I have a 2610 with a two port FXS and a two port FXO in it. I have the IOS version 12.1.5YD4 running on it. Depending what piece of equipment, The RAM requirement will differ. It was configured with MGCP, and every time I would call out the FXO card, It would lock that card. The only way to reset the port was to do a hard boot. As of right now, MGCP is not supported with SRST. I changed to H.323, and it works like a charm. Hope this helps.
